# Quests

Quests are official missions issued by Impakt and can be joined by individuals, sweat squads or groups. They aim at motivating members to move and include goals like burning a certain amount of calories in a given timeframe. If a quest is accomplished, every participant gets rewarded proportionally to their contribution.
