Share your workouts, inspire others.

The feed is Impakt’s built-in TikTok/Insta for sharing workouts and engaging with other members. It allows members to post their unique [sizzle reels](/the-product/social-fitness/sizzle-reels.md), like and comment on posts, follow other people and view their [Impakt identities](/the-product/social-fitness/impakt-identity.md).
