Track your progress and make better decisions based on smart insights.

Tracking the member’s body movements not only allows us to record their reps and rep times, but also to give detailed analytics and insights about their performance and progress.

The statistics are aggregated in the member’s profile throughout their entire fitness journey on Impakt or on platforms of Impakt eco-partners. They can be viewed for different timeframes, single workouts or even specific exercises. Additionally, a weekly stats report is sent right to the member's inbox.
