# Prize Pools (Details TBD)

These pools serve as a way to acknowledge active contributors, providing ongoing rewards for their engagement and contributions to the community.

Prizes are allocated to members based on their leaderboard rankings on a seasonal basis. All [$IMPAKT tokens](/tokenomics/utility-token-usdimpakt.md) awarded as prizes are subject to a cliff period after the Token Generation Event (TGE), followed by an unlock vesting schedule.
