# Groups & Sweat Squads

The groups feature enables anyone to create their own group of like-minded individuals and set goals to hold their members accountable to. There are two types of groups in Impakt:

Within a sweat squad or group, members can see each other’s progress and activities, react to them, cheer and nudge each other, discuss hot topics internally and much more. Furthermore, they will be able to participate in challenges, tournaments and quests as a team (depending on size).
